I. Instrument Introduction
The AHS-7910A model fully automatic headspace sampler is a newly developed and launched generation 10 fully automatic headspace sampler, offering greater ease of operation and improved cost-performance ratio.
Section II: Features and Main Functions of the Instrument
Can automatically run up to 10 samples without human supervision.
2. Power-on self-check, fault alarm and prompt, featuring independent technology for automatic positioning and calibration of the sample tray to prevent bottle jamming due to misalignment.
3. Microcomputer program control with main functions:
⑴ Method parameter settings, real-time animation display of working status, and operating time.
Sample area, inlet valve, and sample transfer tube; all three are heated and temperature-controlled individually.
③ Set up the analysis program and press the run button for automatic completion of all sample analysis.

The GC and chromatography data processing workstation can be started simultaneously, or this device can be initiated by external programs.
4. Equipped with an external gas regulation system, no modifications or adjustments are required for the GC instrument to perform headspace sampling analysis. The original instrument's carrier gas can also be used.
5. Automatically performs functions such as pressurization, sampling, injection, analysis, and post-analysis backflush cleaning through time programming.
6. Employed pressure balance sampling technology results in a narrow headspace peak shape with excellent repeatability.
7. Sample transfer tubes and sample valves feature an automatic backflushing function to prevent cross-contamination between different samples.
8. To enhance the convenience of using this instrument with imported gas chromatographs, it is equipped with specialized interfaces for various imported instruments, offering easy connectivity.
9. Optional: An elastic quartz tube can be selected for sample transmission in the analysis of active substances.
10. Adjust the sample volume at any time according to the customer's requirement for the concentration level of the sample analysis.
11. Easy to replace syringe needles, compatible with all GC injection ports from both domestic and international models.
