The GC-9860 Plus Networked Gas Chromatograph is an upgraded model based on our GC-9860, featuring a sophisticated design with a reasonable structure. It incorporates our independently developed color screen display technology and gas electronic flow control technology, significantly enhancing its automation level and overall performance. The successful development and application of the gas electronic flow control technology have narrowed the gap between domestic and imported models. Additionally, with the instrument's network remote transmission and control capabilities, it makes unattended operation, decentralized monitoring, and centralized control a reality.
Features of Network Feedback Chromatograph:
● Equipped with a 10/100M auto-negotiating Ethernet communication interface and an integrated IP protocol stack, allowing the instrument to easily transmit data over long distances via corporate internal LANs and the internet; facilitates the setup of laboratories, simplifies the configuration and management of laboratory data.
The instrument is internally designed with 3 independent connection processes, allowing connections to local processing, department heads, and senior management. This facilitates real-time monitoring of the instrument's operation and analysis of data results by department heads and senior management.
● The instrument is equipped with an integrated one-stop control chromatography instrument workstation, eliminating the traditional data processing of collection cards, supporting up to 253 chromatographs to work simultaneously, and achieving data processing and reverse control of chromatography instruments.
● The integrated control workstation features an in-built Modbus/TCP server, facilitating easy connection of analytical results to DCS (Distributed Control System) and enabling real-time feedback and control of all chromatography instrument parameters.
