GC-9870 Plus Fully Automatic EPC Chromatograph with Reverse Control, featuring imported (1280Color touch screen setup and display, user-friendly interface, and simple operation. New EPC Electronic Circuit Control, High Precision Valve Control Electronic Pressure Display (choose one)

The GC-9870 Plus integrated EPC module ensures stable flow and pressure control, digitally controlling the gas circuit parameters of the sampler and detector, guaranteeing consistency and reproducibility of analytical results.

● Depending on the customer's varying needs, up to 1-5 EPC modules can be installed simultaneously, achieving EPC control for 3-15 channels.

● Gas flow accuracy ±5%, flow repeatability ±0.35%, flow range 200 ml/min. With standardized atmospheric pressure and temperature compensation, and program pressure and flow program functions.

● The brand new EPC electronic circuit control technology ensures exceptional retention time repeatability accuracy.

● High-precision valve control and adjustment, with the chromatography mainframe display and computer reverse control software providing real-time electronic digital pressure display, ensuring precise adjustment and achieving instrument repeatability.

 

Various high-performance sampling ports

● The GC-9870 Plus offers various injection port options, including分流/不分流capillary injection ports and packed column injector ports, to optimize chromatographic separation.

● Can install two分流/不分流inlet ports, or one分流/不分流inlet port and one large-volume inlet port, or one capillary inlet port and one packed column inlet port, all controlled by EPC.

●Flow-through or non-flow-through sample inlets, featuring smaller dead volume and higher reproducibility, with over a dozen standard glass-lined tubes available for selection.

● Optional automatic liquid sampler with different positions, headspace automatic sampler, and thermal desorption instrument; easy to operate and highly stable.

 

Precision temperature control, superior temperature performance column oven

The GC-9870 Plus chromatography column chamber maintains stable temperature performance. Equipped with a high-precision temperature control system, it can meet the requirements for rapid and accurate isothermal and programmed temperature ramp control.

● Standard configuration for the large capacity column box includes one capillary chromatography column. In special cases, two capillary columns or one capillary column and two packed columns can be installed simultaneously.

●The temperature control dynamic range is from +4℃ above ambient temperature to 420℃, with a stability of ±0.02℃. It supports a 20-step column box heating gradient, and can be increased arbitrarily through software settings.

● Eight-way temperature control; any over-temperature circuit automatically cuts off power, stops heating, and alarms.

Selectable high-sensitivity amplifier series

● The GC-9870 Plus features all amplification controllers using reverse control data, with all parameters set and modified via computer, truly achieving full reverse control.

●The FID amplifier utilizes a logarithmic amplifier, enhancing the sensitivity and reproducibility of the FID.

● TCD Constant Current Control Board, featuring constant current control mode with up to 220mA current, enhancing sensitivity and stability.

 

High-sensitivity detector series

● The GC-9870 Plus features EPC control for all detectors, with FID and FPD auto-ignition, fire extinguishing prompts, and automatic shutdown functions. Air flow: 0-800 ml/min, hydrogen: 0-100 ml/min, purge gas: 0-100 ml/min. Additionally, the advanced detector control circuit allows for digital data output across the full range.

● The GC-9870 Plus not only comes with five selectable detectors, such as FID, TCD, FPD, ECD, and NPD, but also can be connected to mass spectrometry detectors. It meets the needs of analysis and detection for various types of samples.
