Fiberglass Cable Trays

Fiberglass cable trays are assembled from pultruded fiberglass profiles and are suitable for power cables, control cables, lighting cables, and accessories. Compared to iron trays, fiberglass cable trays offer advantages such as a long service life (typically designed for 20 years), easy installation, and low cost (quarter the weight of carbon steel, no need for fire during installation, single tray length up to 6 meters or more, easy to cut), ease of cutting, no maintenance required, high strength, good insulation properties, and resistance to chemical corrosion.

Step-type FRP cable trays are improved based on domestic and international data as well as modifications to our factory's similar products. They feature lightweight, low cost, unique design, easy installation, good heat dissipation, and excellent ventilation. They are suitable for laying cables with larger diameters, particularly for high and low-voltage power cables and laying.

Step-type fiberglass cable tray is available with a protective cover. If a cover is required, please specify at the time of order or order according to the cover model. All accessories are compatible with tray-type and channel-type trays.

The stepped glass fiber cable tray features surface treatments such as electrostatic powder coating, galvanizing, and painting. Special corrosion protection can be applied in heavy corrosion environments.
