FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Steel Structure Rainwater Gutter 

Our factory has been manufacturing FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) skylight panels and corrosion-resistant panels since 2004. Our products are widely used in steel structure buildings. With the advantages of FRP panels in steel structures, to meet customer demands, we have now introduced FRP rainwater gutter (commonly known as the trough) manufacturing equipment.

Currently, the market predominantly uses metal sheeting structures. Made from ordinary steel plates, they are expensive to produce, difficult to construct, and require painting for corrosion resistance and waterproofing to prevent water leakage. This leads to high maintenance costs for owners, as it is labor-intensive and time-consuming. There are a limited number of FRP collecting gutters (commonly known as trays) available in the market, which are handmade, uneven in thickness, resulting in poor strength, rapid aging, and prone to leaks at joints. Since handmade production cannot meet large-scale demand, it causes delays in supply and production cycles. The main function of the gutter is to collect roof rainwater and smoothly discharge it into the drainage system through downspouts, especially in large-span buildings: due to the wide roof area and large water collection volume, the gutter must ensure sufficient water passage area, thus requiring adequate strength, rigidity, corrosion resistance, and waterproofing performance; for factories with fire prevention requirements, the gutters must also have flame-retardant properties.

Based on the above features: Our factory has introduced FRP gutter (commonly known as the槽) manufacturing equipment, which is a gutter production line with a complete set of molds and continuous mechanized production. The dimensions are accurate, and the length can meet the user's requirements.

Advantages:Our FRP lighting panels boast aging resistance and have been verified and recognized in the use of steel structures for years. Now, our factory is applying the advantages of FRP material to rainwater gutters to enhance their performance.

1. Resistant to aging, acid and alkali corrosion, durable, with a service life of around 30 years (the high-performance chemical resistance is notably superior to color steel plates).

2. Low cost and reduced construction difficulty (Generally, steel plate gutters are produced using the folding plate technique, with lengths often limited to 3 meters or less, which increases the cost and complexity of joint construction). FRP rainwater gutters are continuously molded on a mechanized production line, without length limitations, reducing the number of joints, and facilitating installation and waterproofing, effectively reducing construction costs.

3. The product features a glossy surface, excellent self-cleaning ability, and low maintenance costs.
