FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Steel Structure Rainwater Gutter 

Our factory has been manufacturing FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) skylight panels and corrosion-resistant boards since 2004. Our products are widely used in steel structure buildings. With the advantages of FRP panels in steel structures, to meet customer demands, we have now introduced FRP collecting gutters (commonly known as water trays) manufacturing equipment.

Currently, the market predominantly uses metal sheet structures. Made from ordinary steel plates, they are expensive to manufacture, difficult to construct, and require painting for corrosion resistance and waterproofing to prevent water leakage. This leads to high maintenance costs for property owners, as it is labor-intensive and time-consuming. There are a limited number of FRP gutter systems (commonly known as trays) available in the market, which are handmade, uneven in thickness, resulting in poor strength, aging quickly, and prone to leaks at joints. Since handmade production cannot meet large-scale demand, it causes delays in supply and production cycles. The main function of gutters is to collect roof rainwater and smoothly drain it into the drainage system via downspouts, especially in large-span buildings: due to the wide roof area and large water collection volume, gutters must ensure sufficient water flow area. Therefore, gutters need to have adequate strength, rigidity, corrosion resistance, and waterproofing properties; for factories with fire safety requirements, gutters must also have flame-retardant properties.

Based on the above features: Our factory has introduced FRP gutter (commonly known as the trough) manufacturing equipment, which is a gutter production line equipped with complete molds and continuous mechanized production. The dimensions are accurate, and the length can meet the customer's requirements.
