Our factory has been manufacturing FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) skylight panels and corrosion-resistant boards since 2004. Our products are widely used in steel structure buildings. With the advantages of FRP panels in steel structures, to meet customer demands, we have now introduced FRP rainwater gutter (commonly known as the trough) manufacturing equipment.
Currently, the market predominantly uses metal sheet structures. Made from ordinary steel plates, they are expensive, difficult to construct, and require painting for corrosion prevention and waterproofing to prevent water leakage. This results in high maintenance costs for the owners later on. There are a few FRP rainwater gutters (commonly known as trays) available in the market, which are handmade and have uneven thickness, leading to poor strength, aging easily, and prone to leaks at the joints. As handmade production cannot meet large-scale demand, it causes delays in supply and production cycles. The primary function of gutters is to collect roof rainwater and smoothly discharge it into the drainage system through downspouts, especially in large-span buildings: due to the wide roof area and high water intake, the gutters need to ensure sufficient flow area. Therefore, gutters must have enough strength, rigidity, corrosion resistance, and waterproofing properties; for factories with fire prevention requirements, the gutters should also have flame-retardant properties.
Based on the above features: Our factory has introduced FRP gutter (commonly known as a trough) manufacturing equipment, which is a production line for gutters, featuring complete molds, continuous mechanized production, precise dimensions, and lengths that can meet customer requirements.
1. Durable, resistant to aging, acid and alkali corrosion, with a lifespan of approximately 30 years (the high-performance chemical resistance is notably superior to colored steel plates).
2. Cost-effective and reduced construction difficulty (Generally, steel sheet gutters are produced using the folded plate technique, with lengths often limited to 3 meters or less, which increases the cost and complexity of joint construction). FRP gutter systems are continuously formed on a mechanized production line, without length limitations, reducing the number of joints, facilitating installation and waterproofing, and effectively reducing construction costs.
3. The product surface is glossy, boasts excellent self-cleaning capabilities, and has low maintenance costs.
Our factory has always been committed to researching and producing better products and services. Welcome new and old customers to visit our factory for consultation and business discussions.
