When operating conditions exceed the above requirements, appropriate adjustments should be made to operating parameters (such as output current) and proper protection measures should be implemented to ensure product longevity and safety reliability.
Product Structure Features:
Core: Utilizing high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, the core features a 45°C full diagonal joint without piercing structure; the core surface is coated with a special resin to prevent rust; elastic materials are used between the clamps and the core, the windings and the core, and the core and the base to reduce operating noise.
Coils: The low-voltage windings are double-layer cylindrical or foil-type, while the high-voltage windings are segmented continuous structure; both are wound with F-grade insulation polyester yarn copper conductors, reinforced with glass fiber, and the epoxy resin mixture is cast and molded under vacuum conditions. They offer excellent electrical properties and mechanical strength. They can withstand short-circuits, shocks, dampness, and have certain overvoltage resistance capabilities.
Base: Customize with foot slot steel or trolley according to customer requirements.
Termination Connectors: High-voltage wire connections utilize pre-buried copper nuts for fastening; low-voltage wiring employs nickel-plated (or soldered) copper bars with terminal holes,焊接 to the coil terminals and secured to the bracket with pillar insulators for easy wiring.
Protective Housing: IP00 does not include protective housing, suitable for box-type power stations, switchgear, etc.: IP20i with metal mesh protective housing, prevents foreign objects up to 12mm from entering, suitable for indoor installation; IP23i with louvered protective housing, protects against rain, snow, insects, and can be used outdoors, but the housing should reduce the usage capacity by 5% when in use.
Cooling: The transformer is typically cooled by air natural (AN), at which point it can continuously output 100% of its rated capacity. According to customer requirements, a forced air cooling (AF) system can be configured; with AF cooling, the transformer's output capacity can be increased by up to 30%.
Temperature Control: Equipped with an automatic temperature control protection system; features such as temperature display, circulating detection, fan start/stop, over-temperature alarm, circuit breaker, and computer communication interface can be achieved according to customer requirements.
