Our fully enclosed automatic nitrogen blow-out instrument is one of the innovative concentrated products jointly developed by our company and Zhejiang University of Technology, tailored to the laboratory's usage needs from the perspectives of ease, safety, speed, and stability. The product, starting from the convenience of use and the safety of the samples, features 50-stage programmable temperature control, electric lifting and lowering, high sample visibility, and high airtightness. It also offers multi-group data storage functionality, ensuring safety and convenience throughout the concentration process, allowing for full control at one's fingertips. This makes the cumbersome concentration process flexible, worry-free, efficient, and safe.

7-inch large LCD touch screen control, capable of handling 1-25 large capacity samples simultaneously
2. Utilizes 5 operating modes with a 50-step temperature control program, featuring high intelligence level
3. Utilizes dry heating method to prevent samples from water vapor contamination, ensuring their safety and accuracy.
4. The heating module is made of pure aviation aluminum, offering fast and even heating with the flexibility of interchangeable modules.
5. Modular four-side visualization; samples are easily accessed via a drawer-style sliding mechanism, allowing for unobstructed observation of the liquid surface; very convenient.
6. The blow needle lifting method employs two modes: fine adjustment lifting and quick lifting, without the need for manual lifting.
7. Equipped with an automatic pressure regulating device to ensure uniformity of air pressure in all gas lines.

9. Equipped with a dual-sealed door mirror protection system and an internal recirculation fan system, no ventilation window is needed, ensuring no volatile emissions leakage.
10. The cabinet features front and side observation windows for easy viewing of the sample condition.
11. Nitrogen preheating feature, the introduced gas is all heated air (temperature: around 45 degrees), which accelerates the concentration reaction of the sample and prevents condensation between the concentrated liquid and the blowing needle, ensuring that the sample is not contaminated or cross-contaminated.
12. The nitrogen preheating function and independent throttle solenoid control ensure the airtightness of the gas circuit, significantly reducing nitrogen consumption.
