The Chuan Yi Instrument全自动氮吹仪 is essential in a multitude of analytical tasks, particularly in environmental pollutant and food safety analysis fields, where trace target components must be obtained. Pre-treatment of the samples is required, which typically includes steps such as extraction, concentration, purification, and re-concentration. The rapid and non-destructive concentration process is a critical aspect. Common equipment used to complete the concentration process includes rotavap systems, K-D concentrators, and nitrogen吹扫 (commonly abbreviated as nitrogen blowers). Nitrogen blowing concentration is relatively simple, requiring no special device design, and is very convenient when the sample quantity is small or the solvent volume is low. However, when a large volume of samples needs to be concentrated simultaneously with a significant solvent volume, the above concentrators may fall short, making the process time-consuming and labor-intensive (requires supervision to prevent evaporation) and the open nitrogen blowing devices can be harmful to the operator's health.
The nitrogen blow-out instrument employs a special concentration method to significantly enhance concentration speed. Simultaneously, the device uses an integrated exhaust fan to direct the evaporated waste gases out through the exhaust pipeline, allowing the nitrogen blow-out concentration unit, which was originally required to be placed in a fume hood, to be safely installed on a standard laboratory platform. Not only is it easy to move and cost-effective for the lab, but it also reduces the harm to operators from toxic and harmful solvents. It is an essential pretreatment device for the laboratory.
