Working Principle and Features of the Molding Temperature Controller
The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a heat recovery unit, which heats the burner's intake air using waste heat from the exhaust gases.
★ Emission temperature does not exceed 110°C.
★ Maintain the burner intake temperature at 140℃ or above.
The equipment is equipped with a circulation system and an exhaust system, featuring a complete and independent operational system, with ease of installation, disassembly, and use.
Fuel gases are conveyed to our mold temperature machine via a pressure-reducing valve. They are then burned within the equipment to heat the conductive oil inside the oil pipes, which in turn supplies the heated oil to the equipment in use.
