Working Principle and Features of the Molding Temperature Machine
The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a heat recovery unit, which heats the burner's intake air using waste heat from the exhaust gases.
★ Emission temperature does not exceed 110°C.
★ Ensure the burner intake temperature is not below 140℃.
Equipped with a recirculation system and an exhaust system, the equipment features a complete and independent working system, making installation, disassembly, and operation convenient.
Fuel gas is conveyed to our mold temperature machine via a pressure-reducing valve. It is burned within the equipment to heat the internal oil tubes with a heat-conductive oil, which then supplies the heated equipment.
