Principle and Features of the Mold Temperature Controller
The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a heat recovery unit, which heats the burner's intake air using waste heat from the exhaust gases.
★ Emission temperature does not exceed 110°℃.
★ Ensure the burner intake temperature is not below 140°C.
The equipment is equipped with a recirculation system and an exhaust system, featuring a complete and independent operational system, which is easy to install, dismantle, and use.
Fuel gases are transported to our mold temperature machine via a pressure-reducing valve. They are burned within the equipment to heat the internal oil pipes, and the heat-conducting oil then supplies the heated equipment.
