The Shanghai Jingxin GSL-15QD High-Pressure Homogenizer is a super-fine grinding and emulsification equipment. It features a single-acting reciprocating plunger pump and a homogenization valve design. Powered by compressed air, the gas pressure is converted into hydraulic energy through the cylinder, gradually compressing the material within the high-pressure chamber. As the material passes through the narrow gap of the homogenization valve under high pressure, the flow rate dramatically increases, resulting in intense collisions, shearing, and cavitation effects, breaking down large particles and droplets into smaller microparticles, achieving homogenization, emulsification, or dispersion. Additionally, it allows for precise control of the output hydraulic pressure by adjusting the intake pressure and supports material recirculation processing to achieve ideal homogenization results.
