Operating Principle:By reducing the pressure inside the cavity through vacuum pumping, the boiling point of the solvent is lowered. As the pressure decreases, the boiling point of the solution also decreases, so when the pressure reaches a certain level, the solution begins to boil. At the same time, the sample is continuously centrifuged to keep the solution collected at the bottom of the centrifuge tube, preventing sample contamination and loss due to boiling. Solvent vapors are condensed in the low-temperature cold trap, captured by it, and can protect the vacuum pump, extending its service life. Moreover, the sample is always kept in a low-temperature and vacuum environment, which can prevent the inactivation of heat-sensitive samples and sample oxidation.
