With a vibration frequency of up to 6,000 times per minute for the sample tubes, it achieves high-speed impacts between the beads within the tube and between the beads and the sample, ensuring thorough and homogeneous disruption of cell or tissue samples. This facilitates the subsequent extraction of nucleic acids, proteins, subcellular structures, or other organic components. It significantly boosts laboratory efficiency while eliminating the drawbacks of traditional methods such as manual grinding, mechanical homogenization, and ultrasonic treatment, including high labor intensity, poor effectiveness, low reproducibility, and easy cross-contamination.
