Fully AutomaticLiquid Nitrogen Cryogenic MillJXFSTPRP-II-01 Product Introduction:
Fully automatic liquid nitrogen freezing mill, provides comprehensive real-time ultra-low temperature freezing grinding/fracturing of samples. It employs immersion of the grinding tube or mill containing the sample in liquid nitrogen, where the sample is rapidly and thoroughly crushed at -196°C, shortening the grinding time while ensuring the sample's properties remain unchanged. Recognized as the "ultimate grinding method," it is widely used in fields such as biochemical, animal and plant, medical, mineralogy, materials science, architecture, forensic science, and drug detection.
Application Fields
Polymer/Plastic Products (packaging materials, plastic pellets, toys, plastic bottles, disposable straws, food containers, etc.); Forensic Laboratory: Hair drug testing, teeth, bones, DNA extraction, tissue grinding, etc.; Pharmaceutical/Pharmacy Laboratory (grinding of human and animal tissues); Agricultural Science Laboratory: Crop research and testing; Food Research and Environmental Research (various foods, seafood, animal foods, etc.); Pharmaceutical Companies (research on various traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, and Chinese patent medicine); Building Materials; Combustible Materials and various samples.

Liquid Nitrogen Cryo-Milling MachineOperation Steps
Manual Operation
(1) Manually immerse the adapter and grinding jar into the liquid nitrogen sample, quickly cooling it to -196 degrees. Prevent sample degradation or achieve a change in the physical properties of the sample.
(2) Next, install the adapter and grinding jar onto the grinder. Cover the safety hood and secure the safety lock before operating.
2. Automatic Operation
(1) Install the adapter and grinding jar onto the grinder. Cover the safety shield and secure the safety lock before operation.
(2) Open the liquid nitrogen connection device, initiate the liquid nitrogen transfer/or activate the air refrigeration unit (to achieve 0-degree refrigeration).
(3) Turn on the liquid nitrogen control switch, and after the liquid nitrogen flows into the crushing tank, initiate physical cooling. Within about a minute, rapidly cool to -192 degrees.
(4) Press the grinding button to start. In just 15 seconds, the object is instantly crushed.

Product Features:
High accuracy and reproducibility of data
During the grinding process, the samples are always maintained at liquid nitrogen temperatures.
2. The sample cools to -196°C within about 1 minute.
3. Grinding tubes/cans are kept fully enclosed during the crushing process, ensuring the integrity of the sample remains within the tube, providing controlled handling of hazardous and important samples; cleaning after each crush is extremely convenient, preventing cross-contamination between samples and external contamination.
B. Multifunctionality, user-friendly design
7-inch touch screen display, allowing for editing parameters such as grinding time, cycle count, and operating frequency, as well as for calling and storing settings.
2. Optional: Portable Control Panel.
3. Stores up to 20 programs.
4. Available in 1.5ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml, 25ml, 50ml sample tubes for sample grinding
C. Durable and versatile
1. Suitable for rapid grinding of various samples in different sizes and types, including hard, soft, elastic, and high-fiber properties, ensuring the integrity of the sample's characteristics.
2. Robust Technical Support: Shanghai Jingxin has over a thousand users and offers professional pre-production sample solutions for clients.
Technical Specifications:

Note:
You can choose to use the matching jingxin kit for rapid, efficient, stable, and large-scale extraction of DNA/RNA, proteins, etc. from the samples.

Standard adapters can be placed inside a refrigerator to provide a cool environment for samples while working. Optional refrigerated adapters are available, which can be immersed in liquid nitrogen for over 30 minutes.
The noise emission values for the working environment depend on the type of sample and the settings of the mill. The parameters in the table are for no-load conditions.
Small quantities of samples typically used for DNA and RNA separation can be prepared in single-use centrifuge tubes. Adapters made of polytetrafluoroethylene material can accommodate 5 or 10 single-use sample tubes for cell lysis. In a multi-sample tissue grinder, cell tissue is rapidly and effectively lysed within a short period of time, thus eliminating the need for additional low-temperature refrigeration.
