In addition to over 95% sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, it is stable with various concentrations of inorganic acids, organic acids, and alkali salts.
Ideal material for linings that replaces rubber, glass fiber, stainless steel, plastic plates (tubes) within the temperature range of -65℃ to 95℃.
Widely applicable in industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, electricity, oil refining, food, textiles, and environmental protection.
Introduction to Steel-Plastic Composite Products
Steel-plastic composite tanks are made from polyethylene (PE) and polyolefins (PO) as raw materials, utilizing rotational molding technology for one-time overall shaping. The steel mesh is welded to the surface of the tank, integrating the tank surface, steel mesh, and plastic into a single unit. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic or glass fiber-lined steel tanks, these steel-plastic composite tanks offer both high physical and mechanical strength and high chemical corrosion resistance.
Steel-plastic composite lined steel products generally consist of the barrel body, flat bottom, top cover, manhole, feed inlet flange, discharge outlet flange, and liquid level opening flange. Horizontal steel-lined plastic storage tanks usually also feature standard steel supports. The steel-plastic composite products are generally designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
Steel-plastic Composite Steel Lined Plastic Product Specifications
Manufacture and produce non-standard anti-corrosion equipment such as steel-plastic composite storage tanks and reactors, as per customer specifications, ranging from 0.5 to 80 m³.
Steel-Plastic Composite Steel Lined Plastic Product Features
The product's plastic-coated surface is flat, smooth, and sturdy. Compared to traditional steel-plastic and steel-glass linings, it boasts excellent corrosion and wear resistance, as well as a longer lifespan. It is an ideal product for transporting corrosive liquids and is widely used in industries such as chemicals, rare earths, metallurgy, and pesticides. It serves as low-pressure tanks, vacuum tanks, reactors, and exchange columns below 100 degrees Celsius, and is highly favored by customers.
