Steel-Plastic Composite Products Introduction
Steel-plastic composite tanks are made from polyethylene (PE) and polyolefins (PO) as raw materials, utilizing spinning molding technology for one-time overall molding. The steel mesh is welded onto the surface of the tank, forming an integrated structure with the tank surface, steel mesh, and plastic. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic and steel-lined glass fiber tanks, these steel-plastic composite tanks offer both high physical and mechanical properties and high chemical corrosion resistance.
Steel-plastic composite lined steel products generally consist of the drum body, flat bottom, top cover, manway, inlet flange, outlet flange, and liquid level hole flange. Horizontal steel-plastic lined storage tanks typically also feature standard steel supports. The steel-plastic composite products are generally designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
Steel-plastic Composite Steel Lined Plastic Product Specifications
Manufacture and produce non-standard anti-corrosion equipment, such as steel-plastic composite storage tanks and reactors, according to customer specifications, ranging from 0.5 to 80 m³.
Features of Steel-Plastic Composite Steel Lined Plastic Products
The product features a smooth, glossy, and sturdy plastic coating, offering superior corrosion and wear resistance, and longer lifespan compared to traditional steel-lined plastic or glass-lined steel. It is an ideal product for transporting corrosive liquids and is widely used in industries such as chemicals, rare earths, metallurgy, and pesticides. It serves as low-pressure tanks, vacuum tanks, reactors, and exchange columns below 100 degrees Celsius, enjoying great popularity among users.
