Exhibits stability with various concentrations of inorganic acids, organic acids, and alkali salts, excluding over 95% sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid.
Ideal material for linings replacing rubber, glass fiber, stainless steel, and plastic boards (tubes) within the temperature range of -65℃ to 95℃.
Broadly applicable in industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, power, oil refining, food, textiles, and environmental protection.
Introduction to Steel-Plastic Composite Products
Steel-plastic composite tanks are made from polyethylene (PE) and polyolefins (PO) as raw materials, and are formed through a single-piece, whole molding process using rotational molding technology. The steel mesh is welded to the surface of the tank, creating an integrated structure of the tank surface, steel mesh, and plastic. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic or glass fiber-lined steel tanks, these steel-plastic composite tanks offer both high physical and mechanical strength and high chemical resistance.
Steel-plastic composite lined steel products typically consist of the drum body, flat bottom, top closure, manhole, inlet flange, outlet flange, and liquid level hole flange. Horizontal steel-plastic lined storage tanks usually also include standard steel supports. Steel-plastic composite products are generally designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
Steel-Plastic Composite Coated Steel Product Specifications
Manufacture and produce 0.5-80m³ tanks, reactors, and other non-standard anti-corrosion equipment as per customer specifications.
Steel-Plastic Composite Steel Lined Plastic Product Features
The product's plastic-laminated surface is flat, smooth, and sturdy. Compared to traditional steel-plastic or steel-glass lining, it boasts superior corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long service life. It is an ideal product for transporting corrosive liquids and is widely used in industries such as chemicals, rare earths, metallurgy, and pesticides, as low-pressure tanks, vacuum tanks, reactors, and exchange columns below 100 degrees Celsius. It is highly favored by customers.
