The function of a water collection well:

The entrance to the basement typically features a trench drain, with rainwater and wastewater drained into a sedimentation well.

2. Excess water from residential water tanks, pumps, or during equipment maintenance is also channeled into the collection well.

3. For fire protection purposes, the firewater from the automatic sprinkler system or fire hydrant shall also be routed into the collecting well in the event of a fire.

Pump Station Water Collection:

Aggregate all water leakage functions, the sump is located at the lowest point of the building facilities. Once the water level reaches a certain height, pump the water out and discharge it. Primarily for elevator shafts and auxiliary buildings of pump rooms.

Building Purpose:

The water collection well on the building is constructed around the building to concentrate water locally, facilitating drainage, and ensuring water-free construction within the excavation pit.
