Product Introduction
The three-gas incubator simulates the growth environment for microorganisms, tissues, and cells, providing stable temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide, and oxygen concentrations. It is applied in cell and tissue culture, as well as the propagation and cultivation of certain specialized microorganisms. The equipment typically features an IR infrared sensor for CO₂ detection, an electrochemical sensor for O₂ monitoring, and is equipped with a gentle air circulation system to ensure uniformity and stability of temperature, humidity, and gas concentration within the chamber, with a quick recovery rate. The temperature control range is generally between Rt+3℃ and 60℃, with a fluctuation of ±0.2℃. Some models also integrate UV sterilization functionality to maintain the cleanliness of the chamber.

1. CO2 gas concentration detection uses an IR infrared sensor to calculate the CO2 gas concentration. During operation, the sensor has no mechanical wear, fast response time, high reliability, good stability, and a long service life.
2. Oxygen concentration detection utilizes electrochemical oxygen sensors, offering good linearity, high accuracy, and a long lifespan, fully meeting user requirements.
3. All temperature detection uses imported PT100 resistance temperature sensors, offering stable performance and good linearity.
4. When the O2 concentration is less than 19.8%, high-purity N2 and CO2 gases are used to ensure the accuracy of the CO2 and O2 concentrations.
5. When the oxygen (O2) concentration exceeds 23%, use high-purity O2 and CO2 gases to ensure the accuracy of the CO2 and O2 concentration.
6. The interior utilizes a gentle air circulation method, closely mimicking natural air convection, which shortens the recovery time for temperature, humidity, O2, and CO2 concentrations, ensuring balanced levels of all these factors.
7. When the box door opens, the solenoid valve automatically closes, stopping the micro-ventilation. This reduces gas loss and conserves resources, as well as minimizes contamination from external air entering the box.
8. Temperature and gas concentrations are digitally displayed for clear, precise, and straightforward viewing.
9. Features multiple protection functions. Automatically shuts off all heating power when the display temperature exceeds the preset temperature. Equipped with an independent over-temperature relay protection to ensure the temperature does not exceed the preset value.
