Exhibition Regulations
1. Companies that confirm participation should complete the participation application form, affix the company seal, and then fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee of the conference.
2. Upon receiving the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will allocate booths to exhibitors in accordance with the "first applied, first paid, first arranged" booth allocation principle.
3.参展费用Payment Details:
(1) The above participation fees do not include expenses such as "construction deposit," "construction management fee," and "facility rental fee."
(2) Exhibitors who have signed the contract are required to wire the deposit to the Organizing Committee's account within ten working days from the date of contract signing, and to fax the payment receipt for verification purposes.
(3) Please transfer the remaining exhibition expenses to the designated account of the Organizing Committee by December 31, 2025.
4. Ad placement in the publication is based on the order of receipt of advertising fees, with the deadline for inclusion being March 31, 2026.
5. The Organizing Committee will mail the "Exhibitor Manual" to participating companies in April 2026.
