The 18th (2025) SNEC International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy (Shanghai) Conference and Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the "SNEC PV Conference and (Shanghai) Exhibition"), jointly hosted by 25 international institutions and organizations including the Asia Photovoltaic Industry Association (APVIA), China Renewable Energy Society (CRES), China Circular Economy Association Renewable Energy专业委员会 (CREIA), Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations (SFEO), Shanghai Science and Technology Exchange Center (SSTEC), and Shanghai New Energy Industry Association (SNEIA), will be grandly held in Shanghai, China from June 3rd to 5th, 2026.
The SNEC Photovoltaic Conference & (Shanghai) Exhibition has grown from the first edition's 15,000 square meters in 2007 to over 360,000 square meters by 2025, attracting over 3,000 companies from 95 countries and regions, with 30% being international exhibitors. It has become a globally influential, professional, and large-scale photovoltaic event in China, Asia, and around the world.

Exhibition Participation Guidelines:
1. Companies wishing to participate in the exhibition should complete the application form, affix the company seal, and then fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee of the conference.
2. Upon receipt of the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will allocate booth spaces to participants in accordance with the principle of "first application, first payment, first placement."
3. Participation Fee Payment Details:
(1) The above participation fees do not include "construction deposit," "construction management fee," "facility rental fee," and other charges.
(2) Exhibitors who have signed the contract are required to wire the deposit to the Organizing Committee's account within ten working days from the date of contract signing and to fax the payment receipt for verification purposes.
(3) Please transfer the remaining exhibition fees into the designated account of the organizing committee by December 31, 2025.
4. Ad placement in the publication is based on the order of receipt of advertising fees, with the deadline for inclusion being March 31, 2026.
5. The Organizing Committee will mail the "Exhibitor Manual" to participating companies in April 2026.
