Exhibition Regulations
1. Companies confirming participation should complete the application form, affix the company seal, and then fax or mail it to the organizing committee of the conference.
2. Upon receiving the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will allocate booths to exhibitors in accordance with the "first applied, first paid, first arranged" booth allocation principle.
3.参展费用Payment Details:
The aforementioned participation fees do not include "construction deposit," "construction management fee," "facility rental fee," and other charges.
(2) Exhibitors who have signed the contract are required to wire the deposit to the Organizing Committee's account within ten working days from the date of contract signing and to fax the proof of payment to the Organizing Committee for verification.
(3) Please transfer the remaining participation fees into the designated account of the organizing committee by December 31, 2025.
4. Ad placement in the publication is based on the order of receipt of advertising fees, with the deadline for inclusion by March 31, 2026.
5. The Organizing Committee will mail the "Exhibitor Handbook" to participating companies in April 2026.
