Exhibition Regulations
1. Companies wishing to participate must complete the application form, affix the company seal, and either fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee of the conference.
2. Upon receiving the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will allocate booths to participants in accordance with the principle of "first application, first payment, first arrangement."
3. Details of Participation Fee Payment:
(1) The above participation fees do not include expenses such as "construction deposit," "construction management fee," and "facility rental fee."
(2) Exhibitors who have signed contracts are required to remit the deposit to the Organizing Committee's account within ten working days from the date of contract signing, and please fax the remittance receipt for verification.
(3) Please transfer the remaining exhibition fees to the designated account of the organizing committee before December 31, 2025.
4. Ad placements in the publication are arranged based on the order of receiving advertising fees, with the deadline for inclusion being March 31, 2026.
5. The Organizing Committee will mail the "Exhibitor Handbook" to participating companies in April 2026.
