Exhibition Regulations
1. The company confirms participation, completes the application form with the company seal, and faxes or mails it to the Organizing Committee of the conference.
2. Upon receiving the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will allocate booths to exhibitors based on the "first applied, first paid, first arranged" principle.
3. Details of Exhibitor Fee Payment:
The aforementioned participation fees do not include "construction deposit," "construction management fee," "facility rental fee," and other charges.
(2) Exhibitors who have signed the contract are required to wire the deposit to the Organizing Committee's account within ten working days from the date of contract signing and to fax the payment receipt for verification purposes.
(3) Please transfer the remaining exhibition fees into the designated account of the organizing committee by December 31, 2025.
4. Ad placements will be arranged based on the order of receiving advertising fees, with the deadline for inclusion being March 31, 2026.
5. The Organizing Committee will mail the "Exhibitor Handbook" to participating companies in April 2026.
