Fireproof and Shielded Door and Window Units
1) The electromagnetic shielding door should meet the following shielding effectiveness requirements: The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the door should not be less than 40dB for magnetic fields within the frequency range of 10kHz to 10MHz, and not less than 30dB for magnetic fields within the frequency range of 10MHz to 1000MHz.
2) The fire resistance of the electromagnetic shielding door must not be less than 1.5 hours, and the weighted sound insulation rating Rw must be ≥ 45 dB.
3) Electromagnetic shielding doors should open and close freely for easy evacuation of personnel.
4) The door's external dimensions should be sized according to the door opening, considering the installation requirements on-site to leave adequate installation clearance.
5) The electromagnetic shielding door is tentatively chosen in light gray, with the final color to be confirmed upon signing the technical agreement.
6) Each door comes with 4 keys, and the full station's shielded doors are equipped with 6 universal keys.
7) Other small spare parts such as pins and door handles, bidders should consider the allocation of a certain quantity on their own.
8) The window and door sizes and quantities listed in the table are estimated figures, and the final construction drawings will govern.
1) The electromagnetic shielding fireproof windows should meet the following shielding effectiveness requirements: The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the doors should be not less than 40dB for magnetic fields within the frequency range of 10kHz to 10MHz, and not less than 30dB for magnetic fields within the frequency range of 10MHz to 1000MHz.
2) Electromagnetic shielding fireproof windows must have a fire resistance rating of not less than 1.5 hours; weighted sound reduction index Rw ≥ 45 dB.
3) The exterior window dimensions should be sized according to the window opening, allowing for adequate installation clearance based on on-site installation requirements.
4) Waterproof requirements for exterior windows: The top frame should have a drip line, and both the middle horizontal frame and the bottom frame should be equipped with drainage holes; the spacing between them should be 600mm, with the opening size of the drainage holes being 20mm wide and 5mm high. The holes must be uniformly punch-formed using special molds in the factory, and it is strictly prohibited to drill holes on-site. A waterproof cover should be installed over the drainage holes.
5) The electromagnetic shielding window is tentatively selected in light gray, with the final color to be determined at the time of signing the technical agreement.
6) For operable electromagnetic screen shutters, a stainless steel mesh window must be installed.
7) The sizes and quantities of the windows and doors in the table are estimated figures; the final construction drawings shall govern.
