Isolation floors are primarily used in civil defense isolation projects, shielding room isolation, precision instrument isolation, and similar applications.
Isolation Grade: I Level
1. Grade I seismic isolation utilizes steel wire rope isolation flooring, with the isolation element being the FGG-8000 type stainless steel wire rope isolation damper. Refer to the "Seismic Isolation Design Code for Civil Air Defense Engineering" (RFJ1-2006) for the performance parameters of this damper.
2. Anti-vibration steel rope flooring is composed of vibration isolation brackets, vibration isolators, and steel platforms. The steel platform is made up of steel beams, steel baffles, and bottom steel plates; the steel beams are processed from L100*10 equal angle steel, the steel baffles are made from 100*10 flat steel, and the bottom steel plates are made from 5mm thick hot-rolled steel plates. The material of the steel is Q235.
3. Footing bolts are installed using the anchor rod or rebar insertion method, with the anchoring depth "h" determined by the total anchoring force of the shock-absorbing bearing being greater than 16kN.
Isolation Grade: Level II
Grade II shock absorption utilizes sand cushioned isolation floor, with the shock-absorbing material being medium to coarse sand with low silt content and small water content.
2. The shock-absorbing sand layer flooring is composed of sand layer, formwork, and modular reinforced concrete panels. The thickness H of the sand layer is determined based on the room floor elevation and should not be less than 30cm. The wood layer is made with wooden formwork, and the joints between formworks must be smooth and connected. The materials and construction methods of the modular reinforced concrete panels are the same as those of the wire rope shock-absorbing flooring.
3. During the construction process, such as laying sand cushion layers, manufacturing and installing wooden deck layers, and casting segmented concrete slabs, it should be inspected and ensured that each layer is level.
