Fireproof and Shuttered Windows and Doors
The electromagnetic shielding door must meet the following shielding effectiveness requirements: For frequencies between 10kHz and 10MHz, the magnetic field shielding effectiveness of the electromagnetic shielding door should not be less than 40dB; for frequencies between 10MHz and 1000MHz, the magnetic field shielding effectiveness should not be less than 30dB.
2) The fire resistance of the electromagnetic shielding door must not be less than 1.5 hours, and the weighted sound insulation rating Rw must be ≥45dB.
3) The electromagnetic shielding door should open and close smoothly for easy evacuation of personnel.
4) The door's external dimensions should be adjusted according to the size of the door opening, considering the installation requirements on-site and leaving adequate installation gaps.
5) The electromagnetic shielding door is tentatively selected in light gray, with the final color to be confirmed upon signing the technical agreement.
6) Each door is equipped with 4 keys, and the full station barrier doors are fitted with 6 universal keys.
7) Other small spare parts such as pins, door handles, etc., bidders should consider procuring a certain quantity at their own discretion.
8) The door and window sizes and quantities listed in the table are estimated figures; the final construction drawing shall be the standard.
1) The electromagnetic shielding performance of fireproof windows should meet the following requirements: For magnetic fields within the frequency range of 10kHz to 10MHz, the shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding doors should be no less than 40dB. For magnetic fields within the frequency range of 10MHz to 1000MHz, the shielding effectiveness should be no less than 30dB.
2) The fire resistance limit of electromagnetic shielding fireproof windows must not be less than 1.5 hours; the weighted sound reduction index Rw must be ≥ 45dB.
3) The exterior window dimensions should be sized according to the window opening size, considering the on-site installation requirements and leaving adequate installation clearance.
4) Waterproof requirements for exterior windows: The top frame should have a drip line, and the middle horizontal frame and bottom frame should be equipped with drainage holes; the spacing between them should be 600mm, with the opening size of the drainage holes being 20mm wide and 5mm high. The holes must be uniformly punch-molded by the factory using special molds, and it is strictly prohibited to drill holes on-site. A waterproof cover should be installed over the drainage holes.
5) The electromagnetic shielding window is tentatively in light gray, to be finalized upon signing the technical agreement.
6) For windows with an operable electromagnetic screen, a stainless steel mesh window must be installed.
7) The dimensions and quantities of windows and doors in the table are estimated figures; the final construction drawings shall prevail.
