Magnetic Shielding Storage Facility Construction Plan
1. Construction Basis
Magnetic Carrier Archive Management and Protection Specification (DA/T15-95) requirements
"Measurement Method for Shielding Effectiveness of High-Performance Shielding Rooms (GB 12190-2021)"
2. Performance Specifications:
Comply with the national standards GB/T 50719-2011 and GB/T 12190-2006 requirements
▲ Magnetic Field 1: 100MHz-1GHz ≥ 80dB; 1GHz-6GHz ≥ 100dB
▲ Magnetic Field 2: At an environmental field strength of 5mGs, any point within the anti-magnetic storage room's frequency range is less than 4GS.
Structure Plan: The anti-magnetic storage structure is a welded six-sided structure, where the hexahedron is composed of different specifications of degaussing steel plates (thickness of 2mm degaussing plate) that are welded together into a single unit.
3. Magnetic-proof Door: Electrically locked magnetic-proof door 0.9×1.9m ( customizable ) 1 piece
Equipped with a hinge-inserted magnetic-proof door, featuring a double-point manual locking structure for the door's tightness; utilizes a single-blade inserted electromagnetic seal technology, composite blade, and detachable high-quality beryllium copper spring, with excellent maintenance properties; the door panels are double-layer insulated, and the door surface is decorated with matte stainless steel.
4. Ventilation and Air Conditioning System: The anti-magnetic storage ventilation system utilizes specialized anti-magnetic storage demagnetization ventilation windows. The insertion loss is consistent with the anti-magnetic storage standards. It consists of a waveguide bundle made up of many small waveguides, with a hexagonal cross-sectional shape. Under the same insertion loss capability, the channel area of a hexagonal waveguide is greater than that of a square waveguide, thereby expanding the ventilation area and reducing the air exchange resistance. In addition to central air conditioning ventilation, anti-magnetic storage ventilation equipment can also be equipped with cabinet or wall-mounted air conditioning units within the anti-magnetic storage.
5. Power Supply and Distribution System: Select cables with appropriate wire diameters based on the electrical load of each equipment and use demagnetizing filters of different capacities. The grounding resistance requirement is ≤1Ω.
6. Interior Decoration: Interior decoration materials must be flame-retardant and waterproof. Common materials used for walls and ceilings include: micro-perforated aluminum panels for ceilings, double-sided color steel mineral wool boards for wall cladding, anti-static full steel mobile flooring for the bottom, with floor supports ranging from 110 to 300mm in height.
Lighting Specifications: 6 high-quality 600*600 LED bulbs, 4 emergency lights with power socket conduit included.
7. Fire Alarm System: The entire magnetic-proof storage area is constructed with flame-retardant materials, and a fire protection system is installed. The construction manufacturer has ensured magnetic-proof treatment.
