Assembled:High-quality galvanized steel sheets are punched into wave-shaped shielding plates, sandwiched with conductive lining, and resistance spot-welded.
Welding Plate:High-quality galvanized steel plates are punched and formed into corrugated sheets, with full welding at the back seams.
Performance Specifications:Shielding Index: 0.015~1.6MHz ≥60~90dB, in compliance with GB/T30842-2014 standard or as per customer's special requirements. Reverb Time: t<5s (at 500 Hz)
Primary Application:Applicable for partial discharge tests or impulse tests on cables, transformers, current transformers, high-voltage switches, and various voltage levels (110KV, 220KV, 500KV, 1000KV) of cable accessories.
Structure Composition:1) Shielding Body: Structure with corrugated or modular flat-sided pressure, formed by side pressure using conductive backsheet to seal and create a five-sided shielding shell; shielding base made of hot-dipped steel sheet mesh or welded steel plates; shielding gate for the object being tested to pass through; a smaller shielding door for personnel access; ventilation waveguide windows, filters, and various gas and liquid tubes for connection and processing. Shielding gates are divided into two main types: sliding and lifting. The flat-sided pressure connection shielding method allows for customizing large-sized shielding gates according to usage requirements, overcoming the drawback of traditional shielding structures that can only be used for small-sized doors due to high precision requirements. The shielding performance is stable, the appearance is aesthetically pleasing, operation is convenient and reliable, with a long service life and low maintenance rate. 2) Due to the特殊性 of the test hall, a control room is required to be equipped, used for housing various tests.
