The Hot-Cleaning Furnace is a new type of specialized cleaning equipment designed for removing coatings from returned parts and fixtures on paint lines, widely used in industries such as air conditioners, refrigerators, microwave ovens, electric fans, computers, and home appliances, as well as motorcycles, bicycles, cars, steel furniture, telecommunications, and power transmission and transformation. After being inspected by environmental protection authorities, the emissions of SO2 and NO are only 1/10 of the national standard, and its operational cost is merely 1/8 of that of paint strippers.
I. Product Application
Remove continuously thickening coatings from spray fixtures and clamps without altering the mechanical properties of the fixtures.
2. Complete and thorough removal of不合格 paint or powder coating from the surface of metal components, without any damage to the workpiece.
3. Clean the paint layer adhered to the filter mesh and fan impeller of the water curtain cabinet.
4. Clean and remove winding and adhered organic matter from wires, cables, transformers, motors, and printing rollers.
5. Clean and remove grease, oil stains, and other organic substances from parts such as the engine, crankshaft, housing, piston rings, etc.

Cabinet: Heavy-duty steel plate steel structure, supported by square and channel steel. Full-welded construction with sealed contact to prevent fuel loss due to leakage.
Floor: Rigid refractory castable, thickness of 4"-5" (10-13cm), reinforced with steel I-beams. Easy to remove ash.
Door: Equipped with a snap-locking mechanism and high-strength sealing strip. The door can open over 180 degrees, ensuring safety and reliability, with ease of use and durability.
Explosion-proof: The unique gravity-sealed top automatically vents excess pressure, then closes to prevent air from contacting combustible materials.
Insulation on the adjacent walls, roof, and door: Covered with (10-15cm) 2-3 layers of lightweight ceramic fiber blanket for insulation, secured with stainless steel pins, stainless steel mesh plates, and locking washers without asbestos. Metal sleeve prevents mechanical injury to operators from the heat-insulating panel. Clean炉insulation rating: 2300°F (1275°C).
