
The Hot Cleaning Furnace is a new type of specialized cleaning equipment for removing coatings from returned parts and fixtures on paint lines, widely used in industries such as air conditioners, refrigerators, microwave ovens, electric fans, computers, and home appliances, as well as in motorcycle, bicycle, automobile, steel furniture, telecommunications, and power transmission and transformation industries. After testing by the environmental protection department, the emissions of pollutants like SO2 and NO are only 1/10 of the national standard, and its operating cost is just 1/8 of paint strippers.
I. Product Application
Remove the continuously thickening coating from the spray fixtures and clamps without altering the mechanical properties of the fixtures.
2. Complete and thorough stripping of不合格paint or powder coating from the surface of metal components, with no damage to the workpiece.
3. Clean the filter mesh and fan impeller of the water curtain paint cabinet from adhered paint layers.
4. Clean and remove winding and adhered organic matter from wires, cables, transformers, motors, and printing rollers.
5. Clean and remove grease, oil, and other organic substances from parts such as the engine, crankshaft, housing, and piston rings.
II. Specifications and Data
Cabinet: Heavy-duty steel plate structural steel, supported by square and channel steel. Full-welded construction and sealed contact prevent fuel loss due to leakage.
Floor: Hard refractory castable, thickness 4"-5" (10-13cm), reinforced with steel I-beams. Easy to remove ash.
Door: Equipped with a snap-locking component and high-strength sealing strips. The door can open over 180 degrees, ensuring safety, reliability, convenience, and durability.
Explosion-proof: The unique gravity-sealed top automatically releases excessive pressure, then closes to prevent air from contacting combustible materials.
Adjacent Insulation: The furnace walls, roof, and doors are covered with 2-3 layers (10-15cm) of lightweight ceramic fiber blanket insulation. Secure with stainless steel pins and mesh plate lock nuts, asbestos-free. Metal sleeves prevent mechanical injury to operators from the thermal insulation board. Cleanable furnace insulation rating up to 2300°F (1275°C).
