Utilizing the thermoelectric effect of Peltier elements, when paired with a constant temperature circulation pump, cooling down to -35°C can be achieved without the need for refrigerants like liquid nitrogen.

Supports compatibility with various microscopes (Leica, Olympus, Nikon, Zeiss, etc.), spectrometers (infrared, Raman, fluorescence spectrometers, etc.), and other optical instruments. Temperature control is available within the range of -35℃ to 130℃, enabling in-situ optical observation and related testing of samples under open, sealed, or vacuum conditions, with both reflective and transmissive capabilities. Equipped with an external XY adjustment device, it allows for positioning adjustments of the sample observation area without interrupting temperature control or opening the lid during the sample's temperature change observation.
