The workpieces in the horizontal vacuum brazing furnace can be loaded and unloaded through the front and rear furnace doors. The main heating chamber, electrodes, and the exhaust port of the main vacuum pump are set in the middle.

The vertical vacuum brazing furnace door features a vertical lifting structure with an automatic locking mechanism for opening and closing using a screw lifting mechanism. Workpieces can be loaded and unloaded through the lower furnace door.

The central section is equipped with the main heating chamber, electrodes, and the suction port for the main vacuum pump.

Heating chamber:

The vacuum brazing furnace heating chamber is composed of a stainless steel shell, insulation layer, insulating components, workpiece support, and heating element.

3、Vacuum System:

3.1 The vacuum brazing furnace is equipped with a diffusion pump vacuum unit according to the vacuum requirements and process: diffusion pump, baffle valve, Roots pump, molecular pump, and mechanical pump.

Flow-through water recycling system, complete with water pressure alarm system. Inlet branches are connected to the municipal water supply pipeline for emergency use during power outages. Both inlet and return water pipes are made of stainless steel.
