1. Furnace Body:

Vacuum brazingThe furnace is composed of the furnace shell, furnace door, and furnace frame, etc., with the furnace shell and door featuring a double-skin jacketed cold wall structure. The furnace door is equipped with double-elliptical heads and a circular seal.

The workpieces in the horizontal vacuum brazing furnace can be loaded and unloaded through the front and rear furnace doors. The main heating chamber, electrodes, and the exhaust port of the main vacuum pump are located in the middle.

The vertical vacuum brazing furnace door features a vertical lifting structure with a screw-driven lifting mechanism for automatic locking during opening and closing. Workpieces can be loaded and unloaded through the lower furnace door.

Centrally positioned, the heating chamber, electrodes, and main vacuum pump's exhaust port are set.

Heating chamber:

The vacuum brazing furnace heating chamber is composed of a stainless steel shell, insulation layer, insulating parts, workpiece support, and heating element.

The heater is made of high-temperature molybdenum sheets. Depending on the dimensions of the working area and the requirement for temperature uniformity of the heating chamber, the heater is configured with multiple heating zones or a single-chamber heating zone.

3、Vacuum System:
