1. High thermal conductivity film vacuum carburization equipment for producing thermal conductivity films, featuring front or double front-and-back doors. The PI film carburized by this equipment boasts excellent resistivity structure and density. It can achieve continuous vacuum carburization sintering process; equipped with a desmearing system for enhanced desmearing effect, stable furnace atmosphere, and easy control over product quality; extending the service life of carbon felt and heating materials.
2. Utilizes resistive heating with a long-lasting graphite tube heating element, offering excellent heating performance and easy maintenance. Features uniform heating, reliable thermal insulation, and a temperature measurement system. The advanced furnace design concept, reasonable heating structure, high-quality materials, and ensure uniformity of the furnace temperature under vacuum conditions. Uses both domestic and international brand temperature sensors to guarantee precise temperature measurement. Equipped with an imported digital display intelligent temperature controller that can communicate with PLCs, it achieves full automation and high precision in temperature measurement and control. The system can heat according to a given升温 curve and can store different process heating curves. Single-chamber, horizontal structure, compact and reasonable equipment layout, and small footprint.
3. Advanced automated control with comprehensive PLC-based water, electricity, and gas automatic control and protection system. PLC achieves safety interlock, featuring audio-visual alarms for over-temperature, sensor disconnection, water pressure, furnace overpressure, water flow, and high water temperature. Environmental-friendly, energy-saving, and non-purified essence vacuum exhaust gas, effectively protecting the normal operation of the vacuum pump and excellent de-carbonization performance.
4. The furnace's high-temperature section is cooled by natural cooling, while the low-temperature section can be cooled by filling with positive pressure inert gas to accelerate the cooling process.
