● Product Structure Features:
1. High thermal conductivity film vacuum carbonization equipment is used for producing thermal conductive films, featuring front or double front and rear doors. The PI film carbonized by this equipment boasts excellent resistive structure and density. It enables continuous vacuum carbonization sintering process; equipped with a de-carbonization system to enhance de-carbonization efficiency, ensuring stable furnace atmosphere and easy control of product quality; it also extends the service life of carbon felt and heating materials.
2. Utilizes resistive heating with a long-lasting graphite tube heating element, providing excellent heating performance and easy maintenance. Features uniform heating, reliable insulation, and a precise temperature measurement system. The advanced furnace design concept incorporates a rational heating structure and high-quality materials, ensuring uniformity of the furnace temperature under vacuum conditions. Uses both domestic and international brand temperature sensing elements to guarantee accurate temperature measurement. Equipped with an imported digital display intelligent temperature controller that can communicate with PLCs, it automatically completes the temperature measurement and control process with high precision. The system can heat according to a given temperature curve and can store various process heating curves. Single-chamber, horizontal structure with compact and reasonable equipment layout, occupying minimal floor space.
3. Advanced automation control with comprehensive PLC-based water, electricity, and gas automatic control and protection systems. PLC-activated safety interlock features audio-visual alarms for over-temperature, sensor disconnection, water pressure, furnace over-pressure, water flow rate, and excessive water temperature. Environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and without purification essence vacuum exhaust gas, effectively ensuring the normal operation of the vacuum pump and excellent deashing performance.
4. The furnace's high-temperature section uses natural cooling, while the low-temperature section can be cooled by filling with positive pressure inert gas to accelerate the cooling process.
