LVE (Linconst Video Extensometer) is a non-contact real-time high-precision strain measurement system. It is based on a separate camera and real-time image processing algorithms, capturing images of the experimental process to analyze feature changes and dynamically measure strain and displacement data in real-time. It is compatible with testing machine signals, measuring various mechanical properties such as stress-strain curves, suitable for all types of mechanical testing.

LVE-MICRO series video extensometers, designed for high-precision strain testing on small specimens. Displacement accuracy can be实测 as less than 0.001mm. The equipment features fixed field of view and testing distance, calibration-free, ready-to-use. It has the function to eliminate the bias caused by partial off-face twisting. Functionally identical to LVE-PRO, it can measure both longitudinal and lateral strains. It can real-time capture and display the longitudinal and lateral strain curves of the specimen. Optional full-field strain module is also available for full-field cloud map calculation.
