A single rotation screen is a crucial filtration and cleaning equipment in the once-through cooling water system of thermal power plants. With the increased pollution in rivers, lakes, seas, and oceans in recent years, it poses a severe threat to the safety of water intake. The rotating single screen produced by Huaneng Power in Lianyungang effectively intercepts and removes suspended and floating debris from water streams, such as aquatic plants, leaves, branches, fish and shrimp, white plastic pollutants, industrial and agricultural waste, and domestic refuse, ensuring the safety and economic operation of power plants. This product is also used in urban water supply, chemical industry, metallurgy, and urban wastewater treatment projects.

The working principle of the rotating screen is to drive the conveying mechanism through a reducer, which moves the debris screen along the guide rail, thereby lifting out any debris larger than the screen holes from the water surface and flushing it into the slag removal trough with pressure water for removal.

II. Product Structure Features:

A single rotation of the filter divides it into two types: front water inlet and side water inlet. The operation is available in manual and automatic control, with a depth capability up to 30m.

This series of products features a one-time use, frame-type rotating filter mesh with the following main characteristics:

Width typically ranges from 1 to 4 meters, depth is generally around 10 meters, with the deepest reaching up to 30 meters.
