Zhengfen Technology LXC- Centrifugal Extraction Machine is a new type, fast, and efficient liquid-liquid extraction and separation equipment with higher separation efficiency and is more conducive to achieving continuous production.
The centrifugal extraction machine operates by using a motor to drive a drum to rotate at high speed. Once the two liquids to be mixed and separated have completed the mass transfer, they are rapidly separated under the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the drum.
Centrifugal extraction units can be used individually or in multi-stage series for countercurrent extraction. They feature high mass transfer efficiency, short two-phase residence time, and minimal retention. Operation is simple, and the speed, flow ratio, and mixing intensity can be adjusted as needed.
Principle of operation for centrifugal extraction machine - mixing process
Light and heavy phase materials are fed into the mixing zone of the equipment via the feed port at the bottom of the centrifugal extraction unit in the required ratio as per the process specifications. The motor drives the mixing structure at high speed, rapidly blending and dispersing the light and heavy phases, thereby completing the mixing mass transfer process.

Centrifugal Extraction Principle - Separation Process
Under the action of an eddy current disk or a feeder, the mixed liquid enters the drum, where it quickly synchronizes with the drum's rotation within the cavity formed by the side walls. Due to centrifugal force, the denser heavy-phase liquid gradually moves away from the drum center towards the drum wall during its upward flow; conversely, the lighter-phase liquid moves away from the drum wall towards the center. After clarification, the two liquid phases are separated and each flows through its respective weir plate into the collection chamber and out through the heavy-light phase outlets, completing the two-phase separation process.
