Section 2: Principle of Exhaust Gas Muffler for Air Discharge
The safety door silencer utilizes the principle of perforated jet and resistance to reduce noise. It replaces the micro-porous plate design with a large-porous capacity control flow, ensuring the smooth exhaust of the safety door. It employs multi-level perforation for sound absorption and combines it with the resistive noise reduction principle. This allows steam sound waves to enter the countless small holes of the porous sound-absorbing material, exciting molecular vibrations in the porous material. This transforms the sound energy into heat as it overcomes frictional resistance and viscosity, achieving an ideal noise reduction effect while ensuring the smooth expulsion of steam.
Section 3: Ordering and Selection of Exhaust Muffler for Empty Carriage Discharge
When ordering mufflers, the following information is required:
(1) Safety valve steam discharge rate (T/h), lift pressure, temperature.
(2) Exhaust pipe outer diameter, wall thickness.
(3) The structure can be selected as either the perforated type or the anti-spray resistance composite type. Generally, users opt for the composite muffler, which offers excellent sound absorption; the internal material is made of stainless steel, while the shell material is carbon steel. The inlet can be chosen in either welding or flanged connection; the support legs can be either leg-type or ear-type structures.
Four, Exhaust Muffler Specifications (for temperatures up to 300 degrees, pressure up to 6.4 Mpa)
