The boiler ignition exhaust silencer is designed integrating the noise reduction principle characteristics of the TB type exhaust (gas) silencer. After passing through a single flow control within the silencer, high-pressure steam enters the pressure reduction chamber, where it is expanded and reduced in pressure again by a large volume. This results in the formation of low-pressure steam being ejected. During this process, a portion of the steam's internal energy is converted into sound energy of certain frequencies. Although the noise power is greatly reduced, the exhaust noise often remains above the standard due to factors such as the exhaust deviating from the design value. To address this, a composite noise and sound absorption hood made of multi-materials is designed outside the pressure reduction chamber. The composite hood is tailored according to the frequency spectrum characteristics of the remaining noise emitted by the pressure reduction chamber, effectively absorbing the residual noise. After installation according to specifications, the total noise reduction can reach 36 to 45 decibels.
The boiler ignition exhaust silencer is designed based on the composite anti-noise, exhaust, and resistance noise reduction principle, featuring large noise reduction capacity, compact size, light weight, and the exhaust tube made of stainless steel for resistance to corrosion and ease of installation.
To suppress the noise from high-pressure gas emissions, various types of silencers are available worldwide, with most employing multi-stage throttling and pressure reduction. However, their complex structures, heavy weights, and difficulty in maintenance limit their application. Our company's silencers overcome these shortcomings and are designed with a reasonable combination of silencing principles. After passing through a single flow control in the silencer, high-pressure steam enters the pressure-reducing chamber, where it is expanded in a large volume, forming low-pressure steam that is then emitted. During this process, part of the gas's internal energy is converted into sound energy of a certain frequency, significantly reducing the noise. Inside a single suction and mixed flow silencing shell, 2-4 energy-absorbing and noise-suppressing inner shells are arranged, which can move vertically and horizontally to absorb the thermal expansion of the exhaust gas管道. A double-layered sound-insulating cover is designed outside the pressure-reducing chamber.
Boiler Ignition Exhaust Muffler is mainly used for effective noise reduction of boiler ignition exhaust in power generation departments. It is also widely used for noise reduction of boiler ignition exhaust in industries such as oil, chemical, metallurgy, and textile.
A silencer is a device that blocks sound transmission while allowing air flow, serving as a crucial measure to eliminate dynamic noise from steam emissions. In assessing the quality of a steam exhaust silencer, the following three aspects are primarily considered:
1. The silencer's noise reduction capacity meets the requirements of the "Hygiene Standard for Noise in Industrial Enterprises."
2. The muffler's adaptability (i.e., its ability to accommodate a broad bandwidth of low to medium frequencies and high temperatures and pressures).
3. The muffler's structural performance (such as reasonable dimensions, low cost, long service life, etc.).
The steam from the boiler in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide emission frequency band. Simply relying on small-hole soundproofing is insufficient. Our factory's boiler exhaust muffler is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, jet, and obstruction, featuring large noise reduction, wide frequency band adaptation, and targeted design (for various boiler and pressure vessel pipeline exhaust discharge parameters such as low, medium, sub-high, high, ultra-high, subcritical, and supercritical pressures), and the advantage of easy installation.
Boiler Ignition Exhaust Muffler (Composite Type, suitable for temperatures up to 300 degrees, pressure up to 6.4 Mpa)
TB type exhaust muffler, TA indicates a soundproofing muffler with a noise-suppressing cover (compound type), filled with sound-absorbing cotton. Gases enter from the bottom inlet and exit from the top. Due to the sound-absorbing cotton filling, it is suitable for pressures up to 6.4 Mpa; otherwise, the filling may be blown out. The shell is made of carbon steel and suitable for temperatures up to 300 degrees.
TB-1.6-10000/57 Model Meaning: TB stands for Compound Exhaust Muffler, 57 indicates the outer diameter of the interface is 57mm, and 1000 represents the exhaust volume is 1000 M3/H.
