Fully Automatic Soda Production Line, Glass Bottle Carbonated Drink Filling Machine, Fruit Flavored Soda Processing EquipmentThis refers to beverages with a certain amount of carbonation suitable for drinking, commonly known as fizzy drinks or soda. The types of packaging for soda on the market are mainly divided into three categories: cans, glass bottles, and PET bottles, also known as plastic bottles. The glass bottles have a unique material with higher hardness, making them more fragile. Therefore, care must be taken when handling carbonated drinks in glass bottles. Both glass bottles and cans have high manufacturing equipment costs, resulting in higher costs for these containers. The production process for carbonated beverages is more complex than for bottled water, generally starting from the raw water filtration system through to the blending system, filling system, and post-packaging system, and so on. A continuous automated production line is formed by multiple equipment. The packaging of plastic bottles can be further enhanced by adding automatic blowing machines to ensure a higher level of automation.

Products like liquid foods can be referred to as "carbonated water and beverages." Originally, drinks did not contain any gas; it was added using specific equipment to prevent the gas from escaping. Typically, the gas referred to here is carbon dioxide, which, due to its inert nature, can also serve as a preservative. However, carbon dioxide is insoluble in water at room temperature and requires a temperature below 4℃ to increase its solubility, allowing it to dissolve in the liquid. To achieve this, an automatic cooling machine is needed, commonly known as a refrigeration unit or a chiller. This equipment is equipped with refrigerant, which cools the water in the tank. It features a plate heat exchanger with excellent heat transfer properties. Cold water is passed through one side, transferring the low temperature to the hot beverage on the other side, thereby cooling the drink.

It is known as: the Fully Automatic Blender. The fully automatic blender utilizes a static mixing system, allowing for a rapid喷雾-like combination of water and materials, thereby forming carbonated beverages. The equipment's piping valves are made of 304 stainless steel, meeting food hygiene requirements. Flow rates can be controlled to regulate the syrup-to-water ratio. The blended beverages are then piped into the filler for bottling and sealing.

Beverages are basically over 90% water, so before carbonation, a system is required for production, consisting of multiple tanks and pots. Since sugar needs to be added to the beverage and is difficult to dissolve at room temperature, it requires high temperatures for rapid dissolution. A rapid sugar dissolving tank is configured, which, when heated with steam, serves to dissolve the sugar. Then, mix various additives, juice powders, and caramel color materials. The blending tank features a high-speed mixer, which effectively completes the carbonated beverage's mixing process.

Due to the large amount of gas inside, the pressure during production is relatively high. Consequently, the equipment has a thicker liquid cylinder to withstand higher pressure. The filling process employs an isobaric filling mode. During operation, a back pressure must first be applied to the liquid cylinder to create pressure similar to bottle stamping, which facilitates the filling. Plastic bottle gas-inclusive filling uses a bottle neck locking method, while glass bottles are held by a clamp. The valve fittings are made of 304 stainless steel. The machine features an automatic pressure relief function after filling is complete.
