The concentric double-axis agitator has a high degree of customization. It offers a variety of blade styles to choose from based on the properties of the material. Standard blade styles include anchor, propeller, frame, spiral, and cowhorn, among others.

       The high-speed section is equipped with a high-speed dispersing head or emulsifying homogenizing head, widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics, adhesives, etc.

       For materials requiring temperature control, suitable mold temperature machines can be provided for independent operation with high precision temperature control.

       Application Fields: Lithium-ion battery pastes, sealants, silicones, adhesives, inks, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and new energy materials industries.

       Applicable Materials: Fluid mixtures with solid-liquid or liquid-liquid dispersion and mixing, viscosity less than 1 million CPS, and solid content less than 85%.

       This unit is powered by two separate motors, with the high-speed dispersal shaft driven by a belt or synchronous belt for minimal power loss. It is equipped with a high-end variable-frequency inverter for speed control. The dispersal disc, driven by the high-speed shaft, operates at high speeds and performs a strong shearing function.

       The low-speed shaft is driven by sprocket and chain transmission, featuring a high transmission ratio and equipped with a fixed-speed reducer. It can transmit high torque, driving the agitator shaft to rotate around the axis, and the entire material to rotate along the axis. The agitator blades are equipped with a scraping device for edgeless movement along the inner wall of the drum. The overall lifting operation of the equipment's transmission mechanism and agitation system is performed by a hydraulic piston system.
