Product Introduction
The non-standard degree of the concentric double-axis agitator is strong, allowing for a variety of impeller shapes to be selected based on the characteristics of the material. Standard impeller shapes include anchor, propeller, box, spiral, and bullhorn styles, etc.
High-speed sections are equipped with high-speed dispersing heads or emulsifying homogenizing heads, widely used in food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, adhesives, and more.
For materials requiring temperature control, a suitable mold temperature machine can be provided for independent operation, featuring high precision temperature control.

This machine employs two motors for power supply. The high-speed dispersal shaft is driven by a belt or synchronous belt, resulting in minimal power loss. It is equipped with a high-end variable frequency inverter for speed regulation. The dispersal disk operates at high speed, driven by the high-speed shaft, and performs a strong shearing function.
The slow-speed shaft employs a sprocket chain drive, featuring a high transmission ratio, and is equipped with a fixed-speed reducer, capable of transmitting high torque. It drives the agitator shaft to rotate circumferentially along the axis, causing the entire material to rotate around the axis. The agitator blades are fitted with scraping devices, ensuring wall-to-wall movement without any dead corners inside the drum. The drive mechanism and agitator system are raised and lowered as a whole by a hydraulic plunger system.
