Stainless Steel Reactor

Product Overview
Stainless steel reaction vessels are pressure vessels primarily used for completing physical and chemical reactions, such as reactors, oxidizers, decomposers, polymerizers, crystallizers, etc. Heating methods include electric, steam, thermal oil, and infrared; cooling is achieved through jacketed, external coil, and internal coil cooling, with speed ranging from 0 to 1000 r/min variable frequency adjustment. The type of impeller can be selected according to customer requirements. Materials can be carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum alloy, dual-phase steel, and their composite materials.
According to the different sealing types of the stainless steel reactor, they can be categorized as: packed seal, mechanical seal, and magnetic seal.
Based on the manufacturing structure of stainless steel reactors, they can be categorized into three main types: open flat cover reactors, open socket weld large flange reactors, and closed reactors. Each structure has its own application scope and advantages and disadvantages.
