Steam/Thermal Oil Heating Reactor

Product Description
Steam/Thermal Oil Heating Reactor - Uses steam as the heat source for heat exchange. Boilers steam is introduced into the jacket of the reactor, transferring steam heat into the vessel, causing the internal material to absorb heat and react.
Thermal oil heating stainless steel reactors are preferred due to water's higher specific heat capacity compared to oil. Under the same temperature control conditions, the heat transfer effect of water as a medium is superior. Moreover, water temperature machines use water as the medium, requiring only a connection to tap water, making them convenient to use and environmentally friendly. At normal atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of water is 100°C. Therefore, without pressure, the control temperature of water temperature machines can only be less than or equal to 100°C. In practical applications, by increasing the pipeline pressure, the control temperature of water temperature machines can be raised to 180°C, thereby expanding their range of application.
