BrookBruker Handheld ore analyzer XRF
S1 TITAN

Brooke's portable ore analyzer - S1 TITAN features a non-destructive X-ray detection technology for handheld ore analysis, with an element detection range ofMg – U(Standard model's testing range includes)Ti - U)This equipment breaks through the limitations of laboratory environments, allowing for the analysis of light elements such as Mg, Al, Si, S, and P without the need for vacuum or nitrogen protection. It enables direct and rapid analysis of ore elements at the exploration site, assessing ore grades, and can greatly assist in ore vein analysis, core sampling, and geological surveying work.
S1 TITAN Handheld Ore Analyzer Full Series Configurations with Brook Technology Graphene Window SDD Detectors, effectively enhancing the detection sensitivity of light elements (Mg, Al, Si, etc.), allowing the equipment to achieve higher detection accuracy in shorter detection times. New Optimized Optical Tube Geometry Technology (SharpBeam)™Enhances measurement clarity and distinctness during detection, improves measurement accuracy, effectively reduces stray radiation, and extends the lifespan of the equipment.
The S1 TITAN weighs no more than 1.5kg (3.3 lbs) and features an ergonomically designed gun-shaped handle and trigger switch, ideal for extended or frequent use. Its color touch screen LCD displays clearly in any light. The full series comes standard with the TITAN Detector Shield™ (TDS) piercing detection sensor, camera, and small spot focusing function (Integrated Camera & Small Spot Colimator), SMART Grade™ intelligent detection technology, and SharpBeam™ optimized beam geometry technology, making the S1 TITAN a powerful, technically advanced, well-designed, and precise elemental analysis tool.

◆ Built-in camera and small collimator
Offer visual samples and detection points for more precise location; smaller light spot measurement area to highlight subtle detection features.

Robust construction and housing
Protection level reaches IP64, dustproof and waterproof, ensuring worry-free use even in harsh environments.
◆ Simple and easy-to-use rapid testing
Just power on, aim at the sample, and pull the trigger to get accurate measurement results in a few seconds.
◆ Self-calibration function
Power-on and measure without delay
◆ Sleek operation page
Simplified Chinese page, easy to use and convenient
◆ Data Storage and Processing
Line measurements and data can be automatically stored, and can also be transmitted to a computer via various methods such as USB cables, standard flash drives, or Bluetooth to generate editable measurement reports.

Application Cases:
● Mining Exploration
With the Brook handheld ore analyzer, analysis of field lump ore or debris can be done quickly and directly without a lab, obtaining the content of various elements in the specimen and the target mineral elements (such as Cu, Fe, etc.), providing an initial assessment of its grade. Field staff can then make more accurate determinations of rock types or guide sampling plans in real-time based on the test results.
Utilizing the GPS system of a handheld ore analyzer, continuous multi-point sampling can be conducted at designated point and line distances, enabling mineral abundance assessments over large areas and multiple regions. Test data can also provide raw data support for the creation of ore maps.

● Mineral Survey
During mineral surveys, geologists must conduct examinations, sampling, analysis, and mapping throughout the mining area. Utilizing handheld spectrometers for sampling and testing across the entire minefield significantly enhances work efficiency.
Brooke's handheldXThe fluorescence spectrometer is fully featured, equipped withGPSLocation feature, not only capable of quickly and accurately completing mine area inspections, but also able toGPSIntegrated positioning system illustration.

For example as shown in the above image, the equipment has completed the following based on the detection results:NiElement-based regional distribution concentration trend maps, effectively aiding geologists in quickly extracting mineral occurrence locations and abundance information, providing guidance for subsequent mineral exploration and mining operations.

Rare Earth Element Detection
For rare earth elements, most handheld spectrometers are ineffective due to the inability to find suitable application curves. This Bruker handheld ore analyzer integrates Bruker's powerful software capabilities and data accumulation, enabling the establishment of dedicated curves for rare earth elements based on their types and standard samples. It can accurately test rare earth samples, identifying and testing various rare earth elements present in the sample.
